We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2+ years of PAE in Commercial law
• Has strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge and communication skills
• Is technologically savvy
• Has worked well within a team environment
• Has the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners
• Has a positive, enthusiastic and goal orientated attitude
• Has a passion for continued growth and development
