The Opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join our collaborative and award winning Property team.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Property lawyer with at least 3+ years PAE to become part of our dynamic and client focussed team.

In this role, you will be working directly with Partners on a variety of property transactions for a range of clients including vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers.

Your focus will be on:

  1. Large scale transactional work (acting for both vendors and purchasers)
  2. Off the plan residential projects
  3. Mixed use redevelopment projects
  4. Leasing (both commercial and retail)
  5. Joint ventures, development agreements and other project structuring
  6. GST and stamp duty advice

You will need to be:

  • Detail oriented, technically brilliant, think outside the square, solution focussed and not only analyse the legal position for the client but also the risk.
  • Confident in providing sound commercial advice and be a decision maker.
  • Approachable and someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge with other practitioners.
