The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a career orientated Senior Associate to join our established, collaborative and dynamic Commercial team. You will be working closely with Partners and taking the lead on complex matters and dealing directly with some of our key high-profile clients both locally and internationally on:
- Asset and Share Sales and Acquisitions
- Investment Agreements
- Joint Ventures
- Trading documents
- Corporate Structuring including high value, complex shareholder and unitholder arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating loan and security documents
- Drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements
You will need to be:
- Detail oriented, technically brilliant, think outside the square, solution focussed and not only analyse the legal position for the client but also the risk.
- Be confident in providing sound commercial advice and be a decision maker.
- Be approachable and someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge with other practitioners.
