We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Property lawyer with at least 7 years PAE to become part of our dynamic and client focussed team.
In this role, you will be working directly with Partners on a variety of property transactions for a range of clients including vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers.
Your focus will be on:
- Large scale transactional work (acting for both vendors and purchasers)
- Off the plan residential projects
- Mixed use redevelopment projects
- Leasing (both commercial and retail)
- Joint ventures, development agreements and other project structuring
- GST and stamp duty advice
