As most of us have tried to enjoy that break that we deserved so much more this year than any other we are overflowing with appreciation for the dedication of the KKI crew who put our clients first.
And to be honest this was a year where it was the well being of staff everywhere who had to be given priority.
But somehow the KKI Property Developments team completed well over $200M in residential settlements during the holiday period, much to the delight of developers and their stakeholders.
Similarly the KKI Commercial Transactions team completed significant M&A transactions.
This meant working on public holidays and weekends including New Year’s Eve. Words can’t express how lucky KKI are to me made up of the most extraordinary people.
