Chantelle was admitted into practice in 2021 and prior to this had 5+ years’ experience as a property law clerk with Kalus Kenny Intelex.
Chantelle is passionate about her role, and enjoys working in property law in general.
Chantelle has worked on various large property transactions and possesses knowledge across a range of different property related matters. Chantelle works closely with the senior members of Kalus Kenny Intelex to reach successful outcomes for our clients. She also works closely with her clients and her referrers to ensure that their best interests are met.

- Sale of apartments at Yarra Bend (up to 200 settlements taking place at one time);
- Negotiation and sale of Port Melbourne commercial property to a not-for-profit organisation;
- Purchase of a large rural development site in Romsey;
- Purchase of a development site in Brighton East; and
- Assisting with the purchase of Greenvale Lakes Shopping Centre.
