• Advising the shareholders of an Australian IT and cloud, cyber security and automation services business in the A$105m sale of 100% of their interests to a Bombay Stock Exchange, National Exchange of India Ltd and New York Stock Exchange listed acquirer.
• Advising an Australian designer, builder and operator of critical communications services in the A$30m acquisition of 100% of the shares in an Australian telecommunications advisory, engineering design, systems integration and managed services company.
• Advising a global content, entertainment and media company on the acquisition of a Melbourne-based creative, production and media agency, including the conduct of due diligence, preparation and negotiation of sale documentation, the preparation and negotiation of the go-forward shareholder agreement, put and call option agreements, bespoke dividend entitlement arrangements, parent guarantees, constitution and key executive service agreements.
• Advising an international airline caterer on its acquisition of an Australian airline’s catering division, including due diligence and negotiation of all transaction documents.
• Advising an ASX-listed plumbing and bathroom supplies business on numerous strategic acquisitions across Australia, including its expansion into adjacent and allied industries.
  Advising a national department store retailer in relation to its external supplier arrangements and in relation to establishing a customer facing online marketplace platform.
• Negotiating third party service provider arrangements, including property access and licensing arrangements and a catering services agreement, on behalf of a national retailer.
• Advising a private Victorian quarry operator in relation to key materials supply arrangements with the North East Link Tunnels consortium.
