Chelsea plays an integral role in our Property and Structured Finance Teams, having been with the firm since 2014.

Her strong work ethic and commercial mindset have proven to be incremental in her ability to facilitate transactions. Chelsea prides herself on the friendly and trusting relationships she builds with all of her clients, which push her to strive to obtain the best outcomes for her clients at all times.

During her time with the firm, Chelsea has assisted with the acquisition and disposition of a number of large-scale development sites including one of Victoria’s largest developments, ‘Yarrabend’ by Glenvill in Alphington, of which she has played a lead role in facilitating for the past 6 years.

Chelsea has also assisted with a various mezzanine finance transactions, acting for both lender and borrower, and regularly undertakes due diligence on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, particularly in respect of construction finance.

Chelsea’s property experience and structured finance knowledge has led to a great understanding of what it takes to successfully complete the front and back-end of a vast range of transactions.
