Chelsea plays an integral role in our Property and Structured Finance Teams, having been with the firm since 2014.

Her strong work ethic and commercial mindset have proven to be incremental in her ability to facilitate transactions. Chelsea prides herself on understanding her clients and being friendly and approachable at all times, whilst maintaining a professional standard.

During her time with the firm, Chelsea has assisted with the sale of a number of large scale developments including one of Victoria’s largest developments, ‘Yarrabend’ by Glenvill in Alphington.

She has also assisted with various mezzanine finance transactions, acting for both lender and borrower.
