Four remarkable women at Kalus Kenny Intelex have been shortlisted for the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2022.

Heather Richardson is a finalist for Partner of the Year – SME Law.

Lisa Fowler is a finalist for Partner of the Year – SME Law.

Karla Brown is a finalist for Senior Associate of the Year – SME Law.

Brighid Virtue is a finalist for Rising Star of the Year – SME Law.

The Women in Law Awards was created to provide a platform for all successful women in the legal industry to highlight their accomplishments and be nationally recognised for their outstanding hard work while propelling the industry forward.

The awards are considered the gold standard for excellence, providing a unique opportunity for all women across the Australian legal industry — from rising stars through to those in senior ranks — to advance in their careers.

The finalist list, which was announced on 4 October 2022, features over 286 high-achieving professionals within the legal industry, across 31 submission-based categories.

Lawyers Weekly editor Jerome Doraisamy said “Significant strides have been made towards parity in the legal profession. But there remains a way to go.”

“It is Lawyers Weekly’s great privilege to be able to host this event, and to acknowledge and celebrate the myriad accomplishments of the extraordinary women making up our nation’s legal profession.”

Heather, Lisa, Karla and Brighid are all thrilled to be recognised and proud to be named as finalists in the Women in Law Awards 2022.

Kalus Kenny Intelex’s recognition for outstanding contribution to the legal industry reinforces the strength of the firm’s service and dedication to providing a quality and positive experience for all clients.
